Charleston-based developer James Doran Co. is preparing 22 sites for new home construction at NORTHSHORE TOWN CENTER, a West Knoxville urban lifestyle center, and will begin development of The Village, an enclave of town homes, residential lakefront condos and retail commercial buildings situated next to the site's five-acre lake. Local builder Mike Stevens Homes will design and construct 270 upscale residences in a neo-traditional neighborhood called Beau Monde, to maximize interaction with neighbors on front porches, around parks and on interactive nature trails.
