Currently CEO of W.Smith & CO., a marketing services company located in Atlanta, GA, Dale brings over 30 years of management experience in the public and private sectors, including appointments as Commissioner of Commerce and Deputy Secretary of the Commerce Cabinet for the State of Kentucky. He has administered and has first - hand experience in working with federal and state housing agencies.

Charlie Irick
Charlie Irick, Acquisitions Associate, works in all areas of affordable housing development using Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). His responsibilities include identifying markets, selecting sites, LIHTC application preparation, and building relationships with local governments to meet their affordable housing goals. Charlie has received LIHTCs and Historic Credits funding over $33 million in affordable housing development costs. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.

Jason Edwards
Jason Edwards, Acquisitions Associate, holds a BA in Finance from Morehouse College and is a candidate for an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management’s Executive Master’s Program. Jason is a Commercial Real Estate Professional with more than 11 years of multifaceted real estate experience totaling more than 190 Million Dollars. His background includes HUD multi and single family portfolio investing and management, management of urban rental renovation developments and commercial real estate banking exposure including asset valuation, management of brokerage and investment relationships, contract negotiations, equity, mezzanine, bond, and commercial debt restructuring.
