James Doran Co. is developing The Village at Northshore Town Center located along Interstate 140 and Northshore Drive in West Knoxville, TN. The 155 acre mixed-use development will offer 550,000 sq.ft. of retail space, 330,000 sq.ft. of Class A office space and 700 residences comprising single-family homes and townhomes, condominiums and apartments. Tenants will include a lifestyle retail anchor, restaurant specialty, entertainment and service companies.
