James Doran Co. is developing ISIS Condominiums at the Winter Springs Town Center, the residential component of a 63-acre mixed-use town center community located in Winter Springs, FL. Bordered on the northeast by the Cross Seminole Trail, the South building will house 93 units and the North building will contain 119 units. The site is located at the intersection of State Road 434 and Tuskawilla Road and is close to the University of Central Florida. Once complete, the Winter Springs Town Center will contain 1,000 residential units, 600,000 sq.ft. of retail space and 400,000 sq.ft. of office space. The project is proposed to be expanded with a phase two development.
