Doran breaks ground for ISIS condominiums

WINTER SPRINGS -- The Charleston, S.C.-based James Doran Company has begun construction on ISIS Condominiums at Winter Springs Town Center, the residential component of a 63-acre mixed-use town center community.

Groundbreaking for the initial 41 luxury condominiums and the start of presales on an additional 312 units were announced in an on-site ceremony recently.

Bordered on the northeast by the Cross Seminole Trail, the South building will house 193 units and the North building will contain 119.

Both will feature one-bedroom studios from 704sf, two-bedroom units (condominiums and townhomes) from 1,083sf and three-bedroom units from 1,413sf.

ISIS Condominiums is at the intersection of SR 434 and Tuskawilla Road. Once complete, the Winter Springs Town Center will contain 1,000 residential units, 600,000sf of retail space.
