James Doran Co. Hires New Project Manager for Winter Springs Town Center

WINTER SPRINGS: The James Doran Company of Charleston, S.C., has hired Stan Marcinkowski as a new project manager for the Winter Springs Town Center in Winter Springs. He is responsible for managing construction and tenant improvements.

Previously, he served as a project manager in Memphis for Kennland/Grace Development Construction Company.

Marcinkowski attended both Indiana University and Maryland University.

He holds degrees in both business administration and marketing.
