Stan Marcinkowski
Project Manager

Stan Marcinkowski serves as project manager for the James Doran Company and is responsible for managing construction and tenant improvements on mixed use projects. He previously served as a project manager in Memphis, Tennessee, for Kennland / Grace Development & Construction Company with projects in the Midwest, the Southeast and the Northeast.  

Originally from Hammond, Indiana, Marcinkowski grew up in and around the Chicago and Northwest Indiana area and attended Indiana University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. He currently resides on Daniel Island with his wife Marie.
