Isis Launches Second-Phase Condo Sales

Sales began Friday for the second phase of the Isis Condominiums, which are being developed by the James Doran Co.

The condominiums are located in the Winter Springs Town Center and are the residential component of a 63-acre, mixed-use community.

"This is a big day for us, and I look forward to seeing sales success as we bring a new style of urban living to the Winter Springs area," says George Tullos, vice president of marketing and sales for James Doran Co.

Isis' 353 luxury condominiums are priced from the $200s to the high $500s and will feature upscale appliances, designer light fixtures, custom cabinets, granite countertops and state-of-the-art wiring.

Besides a private, gated parking area with controlled access and secure access to the buildings, other amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, a community room with catering kitchen, a media room, two pools, covered cabanas, courtyard grilling areas, a putting green, access to the Cross Seminole Trail and a bocce ball court.

Coldwell Banker The Condo Store is handling sales for the condominiums.
