Two Join James Doran Co.

James Doran Company, a real estate investment and development company based on Daniel Island, recently added two new staff members. Mary Kay Stafford is the new director of leasing and marketing, and Matt Grayson has joined the company as project manager. Stafford leases commercial spaces in all James Doran Company properties in the southeast.

She holds an associateâ€Ts degree in business from Florida Community College and also attended the also attended the University of North Florida.

Grayson, a graduate of Wofford College, serves as the project manager for the company's Northshore Town Center in Knoxville, TN He supervises the 140-acre site that will provide 500,000 square feet of retail space, 300,000 square feet of office space, as well as 700 apartments, town homes, condominiums and single-family residences.
