James Doran Company Announces Four New Hires
CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The James Doran Company, a real estate investment and development company based in Charleston, S.C., recently added four new staff members. Jesse Long has joined as finance investment coordinator, while Robin Crider serves as construction site manager. Stan Marcinkowski has been hired as a new project manager, and Stephanie Zahnen is marketing and sales associate for the Northshore Town Center in Knoxville, Tenn.
As finance investment coordinator for the James Doran Company, Long is primarily responsible for the coordination of financial analysis and financing. He also reviews potential investments and maintains relationships with lenders and investors. Prior to joining the James Doran Company, he spent six years as an associate with the Institutional Investment Group team of Grubb & Ellis Company in Atlanta, Ga. Previously he was a property researcher for the Jamison Research CoStar Group in Atlanta, Ga. A Georgia native, he earned a degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate at Georgia Southern University and is currently a member of several professional organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute and the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals.
Crider, construction site manager of the company's Northshore Town Center mixed-use development in Knoxville, Tenn., has 16 years of experience in the construction industry and is primarily responsible for site coordination and management of budgets, schedules and the construction team. Previously, he worked as project superintendent for Mashburn Construction. Prior to that, he was with Ruscon Construction, also based in Charleston.
Marcinkowski joins James Doran Company as project manager for the Winter Springs Town Center in Winter Springs, Fla. He is responsible for managing construction and tenant improvements. Previously, he served as a project manager in Memphis, Tenn. for Kennland / Grace Development & Construction Company with projects in the Midwest, the Southeast and the Northeast. Originally from Hammond, Indiana, Marcinkowski grew up in and around the Chicago and Northwest Indiana area and attended both Indiana University and Maryland University. He holds a bachelor's degree in both business administration and marketing.
Zahnen serves as marketing and sales associate for the Northshore Town Center in Knoxville, Tenn. A member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, she previously was a Realtor® in Knoxville at Rocky Top Realty. Born and raised in Knoxville, Zahnen earned a bachler’s degree in communications from the University of Tennessee.
