James Doran Company Adds Two Employees
CHARLESTON, SC -- James Doran Company, a real estate investment and development company based on Daniel Island, recently added two new staff members. Mary Kay Stafford is the new director of leasing and marketing, and Matt Grayson has joined the company as project manager.
Stafford leases commercial spaces in all James Doran Company properties in the southeast. She has extensive commercial leasing experience, including positions as director of real estate for Silk Greenhouse, Pic' N Pay Stores, the Cato Corporation and Checkers Drive-In Restaurants. Stafford holds an associate's degree in business from Florida Community College and also attended the University of Florida
Grayson serves as the project manager for the company's Northshore Town Center in Knoxville, TN He supervises the 140-acre site that will provide 500,000 square feet of retail space, 300,000 square feet of office space, as well as 700 apartments, town homes, condominiums and single-family residences. Grayson brings nearly a decade of experience to the position, previously serving as project manager for Kiawah Island Golf Resort/The Sanctuary Hotel, Shoreline International Real Estate and the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG). Grayson holds a bachelor's degree from Wofford College.
