James Doran Company Now Leasing Class A Commercial Space at Daniel Island
CHARLESTON, S.C. – Local real estate developer James Doran Company is now leasing first-floor retail space and second floor Class A office space at 162 Seven Farms Drive, Downtown Daniel Island.
The buildings offer 1475-4700 parcels totaling 20,000 square feet of lifestyle retail space for specialty retailers, services and restaurants and approximately 10,000 square feet of Class A office space with configurations to accommodate a variety of business sizes. Targeted tenants include upscale boutiques, locally owned businesses and select local restaurants.
