The James Doran Co. announced two promotions and several new hirings.

George Tullos is now vice president of marketing and sales. He was previously development manager for real estate developer Trammell Crow Co. Amanda Miller is now project manager for Downtown Daniel Island. She worked previously for real estate broker Latter and Blum in New Orleans. Scott Kirkpatrick has joined as project manager for Winter Springs Town Center. He has more than 10 years of experience in operations management and previously worked for XMC Inc., an authorized Xerox sales and service provider, in Memphis, Tenn. John Bolton has joined as project coordinator. He holds a master’s degree in city and regional planning and previously held planner positions with Berkeley County and the town of Moncks Corner. Christian Chamblee has joined as a leasing agent. He most recently served as a leasing and acquisition associate at Ziff Properties in Charleston. Matt Berberick has joined as a project construction manager. Berberick most
recently served as construction manager for The Shuler Group in Orangeburg. Anna Mae Van Dyck has joined as an accountant. She most recently served as a staff accountant for Lowcountry Harley-Davidson in Charleston.
