James Doran Company Moving Forward on Development at Northshore Town Center

Charleston, SC— Charleston-based real estate developer James Doran Company is preparing 22 home sites for new home construction at Northshore Town Center, Knoxville’s premier new urban destination and lifestyle center. The company has entered into this first building phase with Knoxville-based builder Mike Stevens Homes to design and construct 270 upscale residences and town homes within a neo-traditional neighborhood to be known as Beau Monde. The homes are configured to maximize interaction with neighbors on front porches, around parks and on interactive nature trails.

Additionally, James Doran Company has recently acquired and will soon start development of The Village at Northshore Town Center. This ‘urban enclave’ is nestled next to the site’s natural five-acre lake and will enhance the urban lifestyle through a mix of urban town homes, residential lakefront condominiums and retail commercial buildings. Town home lots are being sold to qualified builders and retail, office and condominium spaces are currently available.
