James Doran Company Announces Pre-Sales of ISIS Condominiums
Charleston, S.C. – Developer James Doran Company has initiated pre-selling on ISIS Condominiums™ at the Northshore Town Center, a 155-acre mixed use community located in one of the most affluent areas in Knoxville, Tenn.
Pre-sales on the upscale residential and retail condominiums, which will house a total of 30 residential units and eight retail units in two four-story buildings, began December 1, 2006. The ground floor of each building will feature 5,291 square feet of retail condo space, with residential units located on the floors above. Plans call for 12 two-bedroom, two bath models starting at 1,432 square feet; 12 oversize one-bedroom units with a study and two baths starting at 1,039 square feet; and six one-bedroom, one bath units starting at 834 square feet.
All residential models will feature stainless steel appliances, designer light fixtures, upgrade carpeting, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops and secure access to the buildings. Additional amenities include swimming facilities, a pool house and courtyard grilling areas.
