James Doran Company Adds Leasing Representative to Serve Expanding Portfolio

CHARLESTON, SC -- James Doran Company, a real estate investment and development company based on Daniel Island in Charleston, SC, continues to expand with the recent hire of Lance Hagaman as leasing representative.

Primarily responsible for leasing retail space at the company's Downtown Daniel Island development on Daniel Island in Charleston, Hagaman also leases retail space for the company's Northshore Town Center project in Knoxville, TN, and its Midlothian Town Center project in Richmond, VA. A native of Chattanooga, TN, he holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the College of Charleston and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Hagaman lives in downtown Charleston.

Hagaman is the fifth new employee James Doran Company has added in the last nine months as part of a steady expansion designed to manage a growing portfolio of â"new urban villages" in key growth centers throughout a four-state region covering South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee and Virginia.
