James Doran Company Adds More Class A Commercial Space
on Daniel Island
CHARLESTON, SC – Daniel Island has experienced more growth due to 21,000 square
feet of additional Class A commercial space recently offered for lease by James Doran
Company, a local real estate investment and development firm.
The two-story brick building at 162 Seven Farms Drive features glass detailing with
attractive lobbies and amenities. Facing right on Seven Farms Drive, the space is the
newest addition to the Publix shopping center, which includes other upscale shops and
restaurants. SunTrust has taken space on the main floor and CCO Mortgage has space on
the second floor. Other leases are in negotiation and could include a restaurant and an
engineering firm, among others.
