James Doran Company Announces Two Promotions

Charleston, SC—George Tullos has been promoted from development manager to vice president of marketing and sales for local real estate developer James Doran Company. While maintaining his responsibilities for overseeing all construction and development of Winter Springs Town Center, the company’s mixed-use community in Winter Springs, FL, he will now oversee responsibilities related to leasing, sales and marketing for JDC’s other projects.

Originally from Memphis, TN, Tullos previously served as development manager for Trammell Crow Company, handling all of the real estate development in South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia for their client, Bank of America. Tullos graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Amanda Miller has been promoted from project coordinator to project manager for Downtown Daniel Island, a mixed-use development offering office and retail space on Daniel Island. Previously, Miller worked with Latter and Blum, a real estate broker in New Orleans, LA. A Chicago native, Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from College of Charleston.
