James Doran Company Announces Several New Staff Members

Charleston, SC- Charleston-based real estate developer James Doran Company has added several staff members.

Scott Kirkpatrick has joined as project manager for Winter Springs Town Center. He has more than 10 years of experience in operations management and previously worked for XMC Inc., an authorized Xerox sales agency and service provider, for Memphis and its surrounding counties.

John Bolton has joined as project coordinator. He holds a masters degree in city and regional planning from Clemson and previously held planner positions with Berkeley County and the Town of Moncks Corner.

Christian Chamblee has joined as a leasing agent. Chamblee most recently served as a leasing and acquisition associate at Ziff Properties in Charleston.

Matt Berberick has joined as a project construction manager. Berberick most recently served as construction manager for The Shuler Group in Orangeburg.

Anna Mae Van Dyck has joined as an accountant. Van Dyck most recently served as a staff accountant for Lowcountry Harley-Davidson in Charleston.
