Dre Partners with James Doran Company to Lease Midlothian Town Center in Richmond, VA

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (August 6, 2007): John Wingfield, principal of the Richmond, Va. office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced that DRE has partnered with developer James Doran Company (JDC) as exclusive leasing agents of retail space for Midlothian Town Center, a 35-acre mixed-use development in the Richmond area.

DRE has had a long-standing relationship with James Doran Company for over a decade, representing national tenants in lease negotiations for retail space in several JDC shopping centers located throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states.

Midlothian Town Center will feature a mix of up to 325,000 square feet of retail and “Class A” office space and more than 390 residences comprised of single-family homes, town homes and flats. “Master plans for Midlothian Town Center include a vibrant marketplace with a selection of national and locally-owned retailers and restaurants – creating a safe environment in scale with the surrounding community where people love to live and retailers thrive,” says JDC President Shane Doran.
