James Doran Company Breaks Ground for ISIS Condominiums

WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. -- The Charleston, S.C.-based James Doran Company has begun construction on ISIS™ Condominiums at Winter Springs Town Center, the residential component of a 63-acre mixed-use town center community. Groundbreaking for the initial 41 luxury condominiums and the start of pre-sales on an additional 312 units were announced in an on-site ceremony here this evening. Winter Springs Mayor John F. Bush and Winter Springs City Commissioners Miller, Gilmore, and Krebs, and Carlton Henley, county commission chair, made ceremonial digs into the dirt, alongside Shane Doran, Pete Harper and George Tullos of James Doran Company.

Located in the heart of Winter Springs Town Center, ISIS Condominiums plans to offer a small town traditional neighborhood experience with the conveniences of a big city, placing residents within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, employment, schools and entertainment and is designed to appeal to young professionals, empty nesters and families.
