Two New Tenants Join Winter Springs Town Center

Charleston, S.C.-Developer James Doran Company, based here, recently signed one new lease and a new tenant has just opened its doors for business at the Winter Springs Town Center, a 63-acre mixed use development located in the heart of Winter Springs, Fla.

Fuji Mountain, an authentic Japanese restaurant, recently opened at its new location in the Winter Springs Town Center, where it has taken 1,200 square feet. The restaurant, near Publix, features traditional gourmet Japanese cuisine and a sushi bar.

Toastissimo Café, which serves imported European foods at an affordable price, will occupy 3,060 square-feet and offer outdoor seating when it opens in late 2006. Featuring a Roman-style bread, the menu offers a number of hot pressed sandwiches, known as Toastissimo’s. Founded in Europe in 1995 by Italian-born Franco Cesari, Toastissimo’s has more than 20 locations across Europe and opened the first of 300 planned locations in the U.S. in Orlando, Fla., in 2005.

Winter Springs Town Center currently hosts a variety of tenants and is located at the intersection of State Road 434 and Tuskawilla Road (soon to be renamed Main Street). Upon completion, the center is expected to house 1000 residential units, 650,000 square feet of retail space and 400,000 square feet of office space.
