New Tenants Join Winter Springs Town Center

In addition to numerous recent upgrades, seven new tenants have signed on to join Winter Springs Town Center, a Charleston, S.C.-based James Doran Co. development in Winter Springs. The 63-acre mixed-use development, which is located at the corner of State Route 434 and Tuskawilla Road, will add Hollywood Bistro, Beef O'Brady's Family Sports Pub, Fuji Mountain Sushi, Carr's Barber Shop, Merle Norman Cosmetics, Wireless Zone and Sadkane School for Dance and Aikido. The new additions will occupy approximately 14,000 square feet in Winter Springs Town Center, which will feature 650,000 square feet of retail, 400,000 square feet of office space and 1,000 residential units upon completion.
