Scott Kirkpatrick, John Bolton, Christian Chamblee, Matt Berberick and Anna Mae Van Dyck have joined James Doran Co. Kirkpatrick is project manager for Winter Springs Town Center. He has more than ten years of experience in operations management and previously worked for XMC Inc. in the Memphis area.

Bolton is a project coordinator. He holds a master's degree in city and regional planning from Clemson University and previously was a planner for Berkeley County and Moncks Corner.

Chamblee is a leasing agent. Previously, he was a leasing and acquisition associate for Ziff Properties in Charleston.

Berberick is a project construction manager. Previously, he was construction manager for Shuler Group in Orangeburg.

Van Dyck is an accountant. Previously, she was a staff accountant for Lowcountry Harley-Davidson in Charleston.
