Robin Crider and Stan Marcinkowski have joined James Doran Co.

Crider is construction site manager for Northshore Town Center in Knoxville, Tenn. He has 16 years of experience in construction and previously was project superintendent for Mashburn Construction and worked for Ruscon Construction.

Marcinkowski is project manager for Winter Springs Town Center in Winter Springs, Fla. Previously, he was a project manager in Memphis, Tenn. for Kennland / Grace Development & Construction Co. He attended Indiana University and the University of Maryland and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing.
