James Doran Company Begins First Phase of Adding Homes to Knoxville Lifestyle Center

Charleston, S.C.-based real estate developer James Doran Company recently joined Knoxville, Tenn.-based Mike Stevens Homes to design and construct 270 upscale residences and town homes within a neighborhood to be named Beau Monde. This development will be part of the Northshore Town Center, a 155-acre mixed-use development located along Interstate I40 and Northshore Drive in Knoxville. Northshore Town Center offers 550,000 square feet of retail space and 330,000 square feet of Class A office space. James Doran Company will also soon begin construction on The Village at Northshore Town Center, a development that will offer a mix of urban town homes, residential lakefront condominiums and retail commercial buildings.
