Eric Smithers has joined Charleston, S.C.-based James Doran Co. as executive vice president of operations and marketing. He oversees operations and assists with the management of leasing, sales and development. He previously served as real estate council and President for Prime Retail. In other news, Shane Doran has been promoted to president from President; Pete Harper has been promoted to executive vice president; and JOhn Henry Jr. has been promoted to executive vice president of development.
