James Doran Co. Adds to Downtown Daniel Island

Daniel Island, S.C. Downtown Daniel Island, owned and developed by Charleston, S.C.-based James Doran Co., is a 10-acre, mixed-use project under development just outside of Charleston. James Doran Co. has added 21,000 square feet of additional Class A commercial space in a two-story brick building located at 162 Seven Farms Dr. on Daniel Island. SunTrust has taken space on the main floor and CCO Mortgage has space on the second floor. Approximately 6,000 square feet of leasable retail space and 7,000 square feet of leasable office space are available.
