James Doran Company to Develop Sis Condominiums

North Seminole County, Fla. The James Doran Company is developing Phase I of Isis at the Winter Springs Town Center in North Seminole Coun ty. The first phase consists of 40 units and is the first of three condominium buildings currently planned for the Winter Springs Town Center. Phase II will include 54 units and Phase HI will include 295 units. The overall project will consist of 350,000 square feet of residential space as well as 34,000 square feet of retail space and parking.
