Downtown Daniel Island Begins Phase II

Charleston, S.C. -- James Doran Co. has begun development on Phase II of Downtown Daniel Island, a 10-acre mixed-use town center located in the coastal island community of Daniel Island in Charleston. Phase II will consist of Building 1000, Building 500, and Building 600. Carolina First Bank has signed on as the main tenant of Building 1000. The bank will occupy 3,000 square feet of the approximate 5,000-square-foot brick building located on Island Park Drive. The other two buildings. Building 500 and Building 600, will be located adjacent to each other on Seven Farms Drive. AH Baba, an upscale Mediterranean restaurant, has signed a lease agreement to occupy the end cap of Building 500.
