Cassie O’Bryant

Cassie brings a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to ensuring affordable housing compliance across her assigned portion of JDC Management's Virginia portfolio. Her work centers on quality control of resident certifications, file audits, and training programs that keep property teams aligned with federal and state housing regulations. Cassie has over a decade of experience in affordable housing compliance and property management, including expertise in Tax Credit, HOME, Rural Development, and HUD program requirements, as well as extensive experience preparing for and managing state and agency audits. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Strayer University and is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), among other industry credentials.
