Cecilia is the Regional Property Manager for JDC Management's South Carolina properties, overseeing performance and compliance across her portfolio. She began her career with JDCM as a Property Manager and has steadily advanced into regional leadership, bringing a deep, hands-on understanding of property operations to her current role. With over thirty years in the multi-family industry and nearly two decades focused specifically on affordable housing, CC has built a reputation for producing strong results, including successful Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) and state housing inspection outcomes. She holds several national certifications, including Fair Housing Compliance (FHC), Tax Credit Compliance Systems (TACCs), and Novogradac Property Compliance Certification (NPCC), as well as a South Carolina Property Manager's License, reflecting her deep expertise in affordable housing compliance.
