Christina Wozniak

Christina serves as Corporate Controller, leading financial operations and ensuring fiscal integrity across all of the company's entities to support continued growth in affordable housing development. Her leadership encompasses corporate financial oversight, cash flow management, multi-entity coordination, and strategic financial planning, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive sound business decisions. Christina brings 13+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including prior roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, with a background spanning real estate, multifamily development, property management, and nonprofit financial leadership. She holds a Master of Science in Forensic Accounting from the University at Albany, State University of New York, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from The College of Saint Rose. Christina is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
