Jamie Clark

Jamie works to strengthen JDC Management's portfolio by driving operational excellence across a portion of the company's multi-family and affordable housing communities in South Carolina, as well as across Georgia and Louisiana. Her leadership directs the full scope of regional property management operations, with a focus on occupancy performance, regulatory compliance, and the development of high-functioning on-site teams. She brings over 15 years of experience in multifamily property management across conventional, LIHTC, and HUD portfolios, spanning regional oversight, acquisitions and asset repositioning, capital improvement planning, and team leadership and development. Jamie holds an associate’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Houston Downtown, along with the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designations. She also serves as a Board Member for A Safe Haven for Babies.
