Jennifer Monacell

Jennifer works to strengthen JDC Management's Virginia portfolio by driving operational excellence across a portfolio of the company's multi-family and senior tax credit communities in the region. Her leadership directs the full scope of regional property management operations, with a focus on occupancy performance, Fair Housing and LIHTC compliance, and the development of high-functioning on-site teams. She brings over 30 years of experience in multifamily and affordable housing property management, spanning regional oversight, financial analysis, budget development, and capital improvement project management. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology and holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation.
