Jeremiah Blitz joins our development team as an Acquisition Specialist, bringing a deep knowledge of real estate from his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His seasoned experience includes managing over $300 million in commercial real estate loans at Modern Bank and facilitating high-volume residential mortgages at Better.com. Prior roles have sharpened his skills in LIHTC site development, investment analysis, and compliance, notably at Hudson Valley Property Group and Raymond James where he managed affordable housing projects and institutional equity investments. His robust background in financial modeling, due diligence, and real estate finance makes him a key asset in our efforts to identify and secure promising LIHTC sites and deals, furthering the company's development initiatives in affordable housing.
