John Scholan

John is JDC Management's Regional Director of Maintenance for Virginia, serving as a senior technical resource across our affordable housing portfolio. With over 35 years of hands-on and leadership experience in property maintenance, capital projects, and construction, John brings deep field expertise and a practical, solutions-driven approach to every community he supports.

In his role, John works in close partnership with Quantum Builders on construction and rehabilitation projects while also providing technical guidance, training, and on-site support to maintenance teams across the region. He ensures that capital projects, complex repairs, and day-to-day maintenance activities are executed efficiently and in full compliance with company policies, building codes, and OSHA and EPA standards.
