Marisha Toler

Marisha partners with property owners, agencies, and on-site teams to drive strong operational and financial performance across JDC Management's affordable housing portfolio. Her leadership centers on occupancy growth, sound budget oversight, and full compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 regulations, while building on-site teams equipped to meet those standards. She brings over a decade of property management experience across residential, commercial, and retail settings, with particular strength in affordable housing compliance, financial analysis, and stakeholder relationship management. Marisha holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designations.
