Patrick Doran

Patrick Doran is Chief Investment Officer of James Doran Company, leading capital strategy, deal structuring, and investment underwriting for the firm’s affordable housing platform. A sixth-generation Charlestonian, Patrick applies institutional discipline to communities JDC serves across the Southeast.

 Patrick oversees JDC’s LIHTC development pipeline, equity and debt relationships, and serves on the Investment Committee. He works across the firm’s four integrated entities to source, structure, and close complex tax credit transactions, including competitive 9% deals, tax-exempt bond financing, and workforce housing acquisitions.

 Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Real Estate Finance from the College of Charleston.
