Stephanie leads human resources across the JDC organization, bringing a strategic, business-aligned approach to building the people infrastructure that supports growth and mission across all entities. Her focus centers on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development, ensuring HR operates as a true partner to executive decision-making rather than a purely administrative function. She brings fifteen years of progressive HR experience spanning employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational design across a range of business environments and industries, with particular passion for mission-driven, nonprofit-adjacent work. Stephanie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Business Administration, and she is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional with specialties in business acumen, communications, and ethical practices.
