Mike Merfert
Director of Rehabilitation
Mike has held several positions during his long tenure with JDC. His current role as the Director of Rehabilitation sees him working together with the Vice President of Construction, managing construction-related tasks for rehabilitation projects. Mike is responsible for ensuring all rehabilitation projects comply with safety procedures, building codes, plans and specs, and procurement and quality control.
