He researches and analyzes property and market data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement while minimizing operating expenses. He promotes efficiencies and provides oversight to brand, creative direction, marketing content, and communication to improve the overall performance of the portfolio. Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate Finance from the College of Charleston.
