Sedra Charap

Sedra is the Director of Property Management, and she is committed to the needs of JDC employees, residents, and surrounding communities. She is responsible for providing daily operational leadership, strategic development, and implementation of policies and procedures that align with the corporate vision and objectives.

With more than thirty-five years in the apartment industry, Sedra has worked on many valuable projects, including acquisitions, asset repositioning, renovations, and new construction lease-ups. Sedra focuses on operational excellence and is currently most passionate about the work she is doing in the affordable housing Industry.

Sedra has held various leadership positions managing conventional and tax credit properties and has earned her CAPS and NCPP designations. Her dedication to the industry is further demonstrated by her involvement in local, state, and national Apartment Associations.

Sedra is known for her high energy and can-do attitude while respectfully holding others to the same standard.
